SUMMARY
1/ Influenza: for all ‘at risk ‘ and age > 65
2/ MMR if unsure of status
3/ Varicella for children, Varicella Zoster (Shingles > age 65 yr)
4/ TdaP : Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis at ages 11, 45 and 65 year
5/ HPV Gardasil age 9 to 26 year (age 27-45 year male+female recommended but unfunded)
6/ Meningococcal ACWY
